- Base Salary: $35,000 - $55,000
- 40% Commission of 1st month's closed MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)
- OTE: $150,000 – $250,000+ (Our Growth Strategist made over $200,000 in their first full year)
What You Will Do
- Consult with inbound and outbound prospects and identify growth opportunities
- Lead discovery calls that uncover real business pain and revenue gaps
- Present Relentless Digital solutions with confidence and clarity
- Close new business and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting inside our CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and offers
- Build long-term client relationships that lead to retention and expansion
- Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and industry conversations
This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
- Have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, agency or services preferred
- Are comfortable selling $3k–$10k+ monthly retainers
- Understand consultative selling, not pitch-and-pray
- Can run a tight sales process and manage a pipeline without babysitting
- Have experience using CRMs like HubSpot, HighLevel, or similar
- Are competitive, coachable, and obsessed with getting better
- Take full ownership of your numbers and outcomes

Compensation & Perks Base Salary: $35,000 - $55,000
- 40% Commission of 1st month's closed MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)

- Full-time, W-2 position
