Job Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurate Data Entry: Enter product data into the arenaflex Seller Central platform with precision and attention to detail, ensuring seamless operations and precise record-keeping.
  • Product Listing Management: Ensure that product listings adhere to arenaflex's guidelines and standards, updating product information, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing, as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and update stock quantities accordingly, collaborating with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to verify the accuracy of data entered, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of arenaflex's policies and updates related to product listings and data entry processes, ensuring that you're always equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Data Entry Proficiency: Proficiency in data entry and experience with spreadsheets or database software, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input.
  • E-commerce Familiarity: Familiarity with arenaflex Seller Central or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop, with the ability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to accommodate peak periods or urgent tasks.
