Job Summary:

As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll lead a team of experts in investigating data and processes to uncover insights that drive business improvements and enhance customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, optimize processes, and develop data-driven strategies to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business outcomes and enhance customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement changes
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
  • Communicate complex analytics findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and data science
  • Mentor and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge in business analytics

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field

  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
  • 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in leading teams and driving business outcomes through data-driven strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with Apple products and services

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
  • Certification in business analytics, data science, or a related field (desired)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
