About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering inbound calls, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls about arenaflex products and services
• Understand policies and procedures used for daily operations
• Take accountability for customer satisfaction with a highly professional demeanor
• Demonstrate a strong phone presence while assisting customers with less than perfect credit
• Achieve high satisfaction on customer surveys
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Training and Development

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• Base wage starting at $17-18.90/hr. with opportunities to increase take-home pay
• Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives
• Career path from Associate I to Associate IV - each step earning an increase in pay
• Earn up to an additional $3.50/hr. when working non-traditional hours
• Bilingual skills are compensated in the form of a 10% differential

Work Environment and Location

This role is offered on-site in Dakota Dunes, SD, and remote. Remote employees must live within 50 miles of an arenaflex location or plan on relocating. We offer varying shift options, including:

• Full Time: Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9:30pm, Every Third Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm
• Full-Time (Split): Monday-Friday 8am-12pm- and 4pm-8pm, Every Third Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm
• Full-Time (Split): Monday-Friday 8:30am-12:30pm- and 4:30pm-8:30pm, Every Third Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm
• Part Time: Monday-Friday 2pm-9pm, Every Third Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm
• Flexible scheduling opportunity for top performers
