What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Triage, respond to, and resolve customer support cases in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and provide guidance on Elation EHR, Elation Billing, and Patient Passport applications via email, chat, phone, and screen share
  • Collaborate effectively with other members of the support team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Build expertise in all Elation products and maintain excellent attention to detail to deliver accurate and efficient solutions
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while demonstrating strong empathy in customer interactions
