About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge and Chat Professional to deliver exceptional support to our clients. As the face of arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our card members, acting as a brand ambassador, and building strong relationships with our clients. Your role will be to create a memorable experience for our clients, making them feel valued, heard, and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the gathering
  • Take ownership and responsibility for the client's experience from start to finish
  • Develop creative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns, winning their brand loyalty and creating loyal advocates
  • Utilize the Client's First philosophy in addressing clients' needs and expectations
  • Provide concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel advice, and minimal reservation assistance
  • Accommodate the needs of our card members by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients
  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
  • Passion for serving clients with proactive solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, charming the client with every interaction
  • The ability to listen to the client's needs, proposing certain suggestions, resulting in high satisfaction from the client with the assistance they received
  • To display the highest level of professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
