Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our child support client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
• Categorizing all calls received in one of the categories provided
• Recording any abusive and/or extraordinary calls
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
• Resolving customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Documenting customer interactions
• Gathering customer information, assessing, and fulfilling customer needs and educating customers where applicable
• Maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of prior experience in an area of customer service, call center, service delivery, or other related fields
• Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Basic knowledge of child support policies and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Requirements

• Have a private area to work and space to set up equipment
• Have a high-speed internet connection
• Be available to work from 7:30am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday
• Pass a background check and drug test
• Reside in one of the following states: AL, FL, GA, MO, NC, OH, KC, TN, TX, WV
