Currently, we are looking to expand the EPM Center of Excellence and seek a dedicated Cloud EPM Planning (EPBCS) Architect to join our elite and innovative team. Position Overview: As our Cloud EPM Planning (EPBCS) Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing, leading, and optimizing enterprise planning solutions as clients transition from legacy planning platforms to Oracle Cloud EPM. Your expertise will drive robust Planning and Budgeting implementations, including model design, forecasting frameworks, driver-based planning, integrations, and performance optimization. Experience with other enterprise planning tools is a strong advantage. Join us on this journey where growth and development are part of our DNA. The successful candidate will work on a team to execute all phases of an Oracle Cloud EPM Planning (EPBCS) project: design, build, test, train, deploy, support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oracle Cloud EPM EPBCS implementations, optimizations, and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Support the design and configuration of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members, ensuring best practices in development and implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges during the project lifecycle.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud EPM Planning (EPBCS) implementations.
  • 8+ years of experience in the EPM space, displaying in-depth knowledge and proficiency.
  • Proven track record of 4 to 6 end-to-end implementation projects, focusing on full-cycle implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience in solution architecture, including designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud EPM Planning (EPBCS) applications, including:
  • *

Driver-based planning model design (Workforce, Capex, Opex, Revenue, Projects)

  • Forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling
  • Form, business rule, and calculation manager development
  • Data integration design using Data Exchange/Data Management
  • EPM Reports and Smart View reporting and dashboard framework design
  • Strong expertise in scripting (Calc Manager and Groovy), automation (EPM Automate, REST API’s), integrations (e.g., Data Exchange, Pipelines, Data Management), and EPM Reports and Smart View build.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and REST API are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage project timelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience with tools like Visio, Smartsheets, and relational databases are a plus.
