Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls, ensuring that customers are informed and up-to-date on their appointments
  • Handle various customer inquiries and requests efficiently and accurately, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Dispatch the correct technician to each job, taking into account qualifications, geography, and customer preference
  • Utilize Service Titan & ClearPath software to effectively plan and dispatch jobs, ensuring that all details are accurate and up-to-date
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information
  • Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other important details
  • Ensure accuracy of details (customer name, phone number, address, etc.) on all scheduled calls, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers in the company, demonstrating versatility and flexibility
  • Collaborate with service technicians and various customers from residential to commercial, providing exceptional support and building strong relationships
  • Other duties as assigned, adapting to changing priorities and workflows in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED), with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders
  • Previous dispatch experience is a plus, with knowledge of Service Titan & ClearPath software an asset
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels, demonstrating empathy and understanding
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities, adapting to new challenges and opportunities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to work from home efficiently and effectively
  • Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends, with a flexible schedule and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Plumbing, Electric & HVAC experience, with knowledge of industry-specific terminology and concepts
  • Previous experience working in a fully remote environment, with a proven track record of success and productivity
  • Certifications or training in customer service, dispatch, or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and development

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
