[Remote] Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cadwell is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals passionate about Human Resources, focusing on the recruiting process and enhancing candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruiting process by ensuring the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is consistently up to date with accurate candidate statuses and documentation
  • Serve as a candidate experience champion by maintaining timely and professional communication with applicants throughout the process
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars, and manage communication logistics between candidates and interviewers
  • Draft and send candidate correspondence such as interview confirmations, feedback notes, and onboarding instructions
  • Track and follow up on internal referrals, ensuring proper documentation and communication
  • Assist with job postings and candidate sourcing tasks as assigned
  • Maintain confidential candidate and employee records in compliance with company policy and applicable regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager as needed
  • Participate in HR and recruiting projects or initiatives, such as employer branding or candidate experience improvements
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote environment
  • Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or administrative roles
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior internship or exposure to a professional work environment is a plus
