[Remote] Customer Experience Associate I

The role involves managing inbound calls efficiently while delivering empathetic service and maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently
• Listen actively to understand customer needs
• Provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies
• Assist with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses
• Process transactions via web-based applications and conduct research requests
• Communicate empathetically while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance
• Maintain knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology
• Support team operations during peak times or absences

Skills

• At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience
• Complete background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
• Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training
• Verified, secure, reliable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps upload and download)
• Dedicated work area with desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection
• Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications
• Ability to complete an internet speed test successfully
• 1+ years of previous call center experience
