We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Marketing Strategist to join our team, driving customer engagement and sales growth through innovative online chat solutions. If you're a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for customer experience design, web analytics, and A/B split testing, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

As an Online Chat Marketing Strategist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customer engagement and sales growth strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing vendor relationships to ensure seamless online chat solutions
• Building upon our chat roadmap and socializing a 12-18 month strategy to drive customer engagement and sales growth
• Developing, refining, and executing online chat and customer engagement recommendations to enhance customer experiences
• Managing the monthly online chat transcript and metrics analysis to inform data-driven decisions
• Defining and building an online chat service program that meets our customers' evolving needs
• Managing chat script maintenance and compliance to ensure regulatory adherence
• Socializing chat program insights and results to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Your Compensation Package:

At arenaflex, we believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and dedication. As an Online Chat Marketing Strategist, you can expect a competitive compensation package that includes:

• A base salary of $85,000 - $120,000, depending on your experience and qualifications
• A bonus of $5,000 - $10,000, tied to your performance and contributions to the team
• Relocation assistance to support your move to our location

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5-7 years of in-depth understanding of online sales and marketing tactics, online chats, customer engagement, and online customer service tactics
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, build cross-functional relationships, and manage risk
• Experience in customer experience design, web analytics, and A/B split testing
• A Bachelor's degree in eCommerce or Web Marketing, with an MBA being an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience working in a financial services industry or a similar sector
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies
