Job Overview

arenaflex's ActiveHealth team is dedicated to helping members set goals and make informed choices that enable them to lead healthier lives. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing education, support, and resources to help them understand and utilize the programs available to them. We are seeking energetic, compassionate individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect the arenaflex values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate identified members about programs available to promote wellness and healthy living
  • Schedule appointments with our nurses and coaches or enroll members in group coaching events
  • Inform members about company-sponsored incentives and review progress towards meeting their incentives
  • Assist members with portal questions, including password resets, registration, navigation, and filling out health assessments, while promoting the mobile app
  • Provide a positive member experience that reflects the arenaflex values through inbound and outbound phone calls and chat support (when applicable)

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A personal high-speed broadband internet connection (100/25 mbps) with a direct Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service call center environment, supporting inbound and outbound queues
  • Experience promoting programs or telephonic sales is preferred but not required
  • Average 85-100 contacts per day, with keyboarding skills and the ability to type 45 WPM with 95% accuracy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 360 (Outlook, Teams, One Drive) and workforce management software (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of Avaya One X or comparable telephonic software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a setting with contractual customer expectations and performance guarantees
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to support complex and nuanced work, discern key points to assist with problem resolution, and handle multiple assignments competently
  • Foundational knowledge of computers, including navigation, working in multiple windows, and basic functions such as copy/paste and basic trouble-shooting skills
  • Ability to learn in an online/telework environment

Education and Compensation

A High School Diploma or GED is required for this role. The typical pay range for this position is $18.50 - $31.72 per hour, depending on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This role is also eligible for a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
