Job Overview

In this role, you will serve as the first line of technical support for our consumer and business customers, providing expert guidance and resolving complex issues with ease. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, resolving issues related to service support, billing, retention, and repair
  • Handle complex call types, including wireless local number portability, relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data issues, network conditions, connectivity, devices, applications, provisioning, and billing
  • Assist customers with products and services, including laptop connect services, air cards, USB devices, initial set-up, configuration of arenaflex-provided software and applications
  • Proactively engage with T3 support (network and IT) to address and resolve issues
  • Remain proficient in all billing, rate plan, and feature matters

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service or sales work experience
  • Familiarity with Windows computers
  • An ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A strong passion for customer service and technical support

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in technical support or a related field
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Experience with remote work or virtual teams
