Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Recording, reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of multiple types of data are input into the proper database cells
• Entering information in a work order and document control system, as well as completing manual forms as needed
• Possessing a thorough understanding of the document control and record files
• Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing materials
• Transferring confidential records and documents from one software program to another
• Knowledge of photocopying and scanning
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Staying on timeline and understanding deadlines
• Coordinating activities with plant supervisors/maintenance and other personnel to optimize the performance of the database

Requirements

To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Previous experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to read and write effective reports and business correspondence using standard Microsoft Office products
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, move from place to place in all areas of production, and climb ladders or platforms while wearing all safety and production-related equipment
• Previous experience operating computers and using database technology
