Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful product information, answers, and solutions to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers
  • Utilizing our knowledge base and resources to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
