Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers who need assistance with tracking shipments, cancelling orders, refunding reward points, and resolving issues with damaged products. You will also help clients book travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises, using the points they have accumulated. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist clients with tracking shipments, cancelling orders, and refunding reward points
  • Help clients book travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A High School Diploma or GED (must be listed on your resume)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
  • Exceptional phone and communication skills, with the ability to work well with people
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of the banking or financial industry
