The Role

As a Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Advocate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to 50-70 individuals every day. You'll navigate the complex world of healthcare, including PCPs, medications, appointments, and benefits, with ease and confidence. Your keen ear for listening and knack for finding solutions will make you a hero to our customers.
