Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and security of our data management systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Recording, reporting, and ensuring the proper input of multiple types of data into our database cells
• Entering information in our work order and document control system, as well as completing manual forms as needed
• Possessing a thorough understanding of our document control and record files
• Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing materials
• Transferring confidential records and documents from one software program to another
• Utilizing photocopying and scanning equipment as needed
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills and working effectively in a team environment
• Staying on schedule and meeting deadlines while coordinating activities with plant supervisors, maintenance personnel, and other team members to optimize database performance

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience preferred
• Ability to read and write effective reports and business correspondence using standard Microsoft Office products
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, move around production areas, and climb ladders or platforms while wearing safety and production-related equipment
• Previous experience operating computers and using database technology
