Part Time Marketing Coordinator (Real Estate)
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Montana Properties is seeking a motivated Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support and execute marketing initiatives for their real estate business in Bozeman. This role offers hands-on experience across digital marketing, content creation, and brand visibility, with opportunities to grow into a licensed real estate role over time.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, and email
- Create social content, captions, hashtags, and assist with light video editing
- Support listing, open house, event, and brand marketing
- Plan, schedule, and manage consistent content posting
- Assist with CRM organization and email marketing campaigns
- Track engagement and performance metrics and suggest optimizations
- Coordinate marketing for listings, events, and promotions
- Collaborate with the agent and external partners as needed
- Opportunity to host open houses once licensed (some weekends required)
Skills
- Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing
- Strong writing and copy skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently after training
- Interest in real estate and future licensure
- Local to Bozeman and available for some in-person work
- Experience with Canva; basic video editing preferred
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Bonus points for a sense of humor
