About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional who can balance precision with big-picture thinking. This role is for someone who knows how to keep complex life insurance, annuity, and financial planning cases moving forward, who thrives on collaboration, and who understands that the details are where trust is built. You will work across life insurance, investments, and advanced planning while coordinating with carriers, attorneys, and clients to deliver solutions that matter locally and globally. You will play a key role in making sure our advisors have what they need to serve clients at the highest level. This is a remote position for those outside commuting distance to our Monrovia, California office. Candidates within driving distance may work in person or hybrid, depending on mutual agreement and business needs.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee case processing from start to finish, ensuring smooth progress at every stage
  • Coordinate directly with attorneys, carriers, and clients to deliver accurate and timely results
  • Prepare, track, and follow up on paperwork to ensure nothing is missed
  • Keep workflows and case notes up to date in our CRM
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, helping the whole team work more efficiently

You Are the Ideal Candidate if You

  • Bring at least five years of relevant experience in life insurance, annuities, investments, or a related field
  • Understand industry terminology and can translate it into clear action steps for others
  • Notice the smallest details without losing sight of the end goal
  • Are comfortable working in carrier portals, case management systems, and learning new technology quickly
  • Excel at staying organized, spotting bottlenecks, and finding solutions before issues arise
  • Are skilled at navigating carrier requirements, compliance regulations, and underwriting guidelines
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with advisors, clients, and team members across cultures and disciplines
  • Approach challenges with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-first mindset
  • Are committed to continuous improvement, from streamlining workflows to enhancing the advisor experience
  • Have experience mentoring or coaching others and building strong cross-team relationships
