Key Responsibilities

As a facilitator of ability relations, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining our ability database in Streak, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
• Coordinating gifts, including research, procurement, purchasing, and fulfillment, to ensure that our artists and crew members receive the recognition they deserve
• Maintaining our vendor library, status reports, and other internal records, to ensure that we're always operating efficiently and effectively
• Regulating ability relations financial arrangements, processing all p-card charges and reconciling sales
• Coordinating and executing events, such as birthday celebrations, send-off parties, and other special occasions, to ensure that our artists and crew members feel valued and appreciated
• Supporting ability relations activities, including advancing, brand, and special mission shoots, as well as other requests, such as Hulu and Corporate Disney events, Candid, TCAs, and D23, where commitments integrate steady trades directly with ability gatherings and regulating skill on the spot
• Assisting with directing ability supports for asset opportunity for our VIP ability, including Kardashians, Selena Gomez, etc.
• Regulating experiences, including dinners, Disney Parks excursions, games, and shows, to ensure that our artists and crew members have the opportunity to relax and recharge
• Making arrangements of participants for debuts and exceptional events, which integrates supervising filler association and conceptualizing skill to welcome
• E-vite scattering and managing the RSVP list
• Labeling and seating for debuts
• On-the-spot backing and the leaders of GA and VIP enrollment

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of work experience in ability or ability relations

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and unparalleled social skills
• Ability to be flexible, trustworthy, and able to multitask
• Ability to work a few nights and weekends, as needed, to assist with events
• Experience with the entertainment industry, including buzz-worthy titles, surprising new ability, designs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience

• Experience with event planning and execution
• Knowledge of ability relations software and systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
