Responsibilities

As a Patient Records Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering patient demographic and clinical information into our electronic medical records system with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ensuring the completeness and integrity of all data entry, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and compliance
  • Maintaining patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, protecting sensitive patient information and upholding arenaflex's commitment to confidentiality and data security
  • Assisting with organizing and filing patient documentation, ensuring that all records are accurately and efficiently managed
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely record keeping, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Providing support for billing and insurance verification processes as needed, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between departments

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in data entry or medical records management being a significant advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
