Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately inputting and maintaining customer data. You'll interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Accurately input and update customer data in our systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, maintaining confidentiality and security of customer information
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet performance metrics and targets for customer service and data entry, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Additional certifications in customer service or data entry, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry systems
