Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately inputting and maintaining customer data. You'll interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Essential Qualifications
