Gloloft is a fast-growing beauty and wellness company seeking a Social Media Content Creation Assistant to gain real-world marketing experience. This part-time role focuses on content creation, editing, planning, and learning about social media strategy and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Capture photo and video content during services with staff and client consent
- Film behind-the-scenes moments, staff introductions, and UGC-style content
- Edit short-form video content using CapCut
- Design branded graphics using Canva
- Add hooks, captions, thumbnails, and text overlays to improve engagement
- Help build weekly and monthly content calendars
- Draft captions aligned with brand voice and tone
- Research trending audios, formats, and content styles in the beauty and med spa space
- Track post performance and engagement metrics
- Assist with building local influencer lists
- Support influencer outreach, event support, and UGC organization
