• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting policyholders, third parties, and agents with inquiries and concerns
• Promote digital self-service capabilities to enhance customer experience
• Take ownership of customer interactions to exceed expectations and build brand value
• Learn insurance products and processes effectively during training
• Maintain a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions during work and training hours

Skills

• Demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while navigating multiple programs
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Spanish bilingual is a plus
• Experience in the insurance industry or with similar customer service roles
