Financial Services Representative - San Diego, CA
Fidelity Bank is seeking a Financial Services Representative to join their team. In this role, you will support customers through inbound calls and prepare for a future in their Investor Centers, with a focus on growth and career development.
Responsibilities
- Support customers taking inbound calls while preparing for a future as the official face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers
- Answer questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
- Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity
- Build and Solidify Skills: Continue to spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, where you’ll support customers with increasing complexity to develop and hone your skills
- Discover Success: Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track and will spend time building advanced skills that will further develop your career in planning
