Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for entering and updating data within our systems, creating spreadsheets, and verifying data to ensure its integrity. Key Responsibilities

* Transfer data from paper formats into digital files or database systems

  • Type in data provided directly from customers
  • Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Update existing data
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position is a plus
  • Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing systems is strongly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Good command of English, both oral and written
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
