Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers
  • Opening and submitting tickets into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
  • Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk
  • Emailing responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates
  • Maintaining a high level of organization and focus to ensure each ticket is closed out quickly

Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working on a computer all day and has exceptional typing skills. Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service is preferred, but not required. Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service is preferred
  • Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with ticketing systems and Help Desk software

  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Experience with email and phone customer service
  • Certification in customer service or technical support

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
