Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch assistance and support. Working from the comfort of your own home, you'll engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with reservations, flight changes, and other travel-related matters. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Handling reservations, flight changes, cancellations, and other travel-related requests
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures
  • Assisting customers with navigating the arenaflex website and mobile app
  • Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
