What You'll Do

As a Data Entry Specialist on our Talent Acquisition Team, you'll play a critical role in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
• Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and stay ahead of the competition
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area and contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives
• Managing notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluating candidates who apply to them
• Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with the following qualifications:

• Proactivity and ability to work in a team
• Marked attention to detail in daily work
• 1 previous work experience (a plus)
• Advanced English level
