Job Title: Remote Content Writer (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,500 USD/month paid via Wise Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week generally within business hours Mountain Time (but flexibility is provided) Our Client: Our client is a full-service marketing agency that helps local self-storage operators attract more rentals through SEO, paid ads, and high-quality content. They manage marketing for storage facilities across the U.S., and beyond, helping them grow their businesses with data-driven strategy and strong storytelling. Job Overview: We’re looking for a full-time Content Writer to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can balance creativity with research and consistency; someone who enjoys writing at scale while maintaining a high standard of quality. You’ll write 3–5 blog posts daily with the assistance of AI tools such as ChatGPT. These posts will be localized, engaging, and written with an understanding of SEO best practices. The ideal candidate has experience producing well-researched, search-friendly content and knows how to use AI to work smarter, not harder. Responsibilities:

• Research, write, edit, and publish 3–5 blog posts daily.
• Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to assist with research, drafting, and idea generation.
• Conduct topic and keyword research to ensure content is relevant and optimized.
• Fact-check information and ensure all content meets accuracy and brand standards.
• Write and edit with minimal oversight, but revisions may be required to meet quality standards.
• Format and upload content to CMS platforms.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

• Fluent in English — both written and verbal.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Experience with keyword research or SEO (a plus).
• Previous writing experience for online publications or agency work (preferred).
• Portfolio of written work required (link or samples must be included).
