Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to ensure seamless communication.
  • Following up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction, providing a personalized experience that meets their needs.
  • Achieving and maintaining established performance metrics, consistently delivering high-quality service to our clients.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via email and live chat.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Familiarity with chat software similar to Facebook Messenger, with the ability to navigate and utilize our systems effectively.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills such as MS Office, Google Suite, etc.
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, and a reliable internet connection.
  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
