Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Counter Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and assisting with inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling appointments and providing accurate information regarding services and pricing, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Coordinating with auto body technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs, maintaining open communication and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintaining organized records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of data management and security.
  • Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative/Counter Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
