Software Engineer – Computational Geometry
Siemens EDA is a global technology leader in Electronic Design Automation software, and they are seeking a Software Engineer to work on computational lithography projects. The role involves developing high-quality code and creating utilities for computational geometry.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality code (in C++) for the computational lithography projects
- Create computational geometry utilities and functions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Good working knowledge of C++
- Ability to work on a team, good problem solving skills
- Familiarity with computational lithography
- Experience with GPU coding or other parallel computing
- Experience with MATLAB, Tcl/Tk and other scripting languages (perl, python) is preferred
- Experience with machine learning, or projects incorporating AI is a plus
