[Remote] Python Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SoftServe is a global digital solutions company headquartered in Austin, Texas. They are seeking a Python Developer to work closely with client stakeholders, influence technical solutions, and help establish effective processes aligned with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in coding and troubleshooting using Python
• Work with solutions implemented in React.js
• Participate in analysis, design, development, and testing activities
• Build, maintain, and enhance applications with a strong focus on quality, clean code, and testability
• Take part in Scrum ceremonies, including iteration planning and feature demos
• Collaborate closely with team members and customers to analyze issues and recommend effective solutions

Skills

• Proficient in coding and troubleshooting using Python
• Familiar with basic SMTP concepts and email security fundamentals
• A strong communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Able to collaborate effectively with Cisco TAC and other customer-facing teams
• Experience working with Cisco technologies (nice to have)
• Working knowledge of AWS, Datadog, Redshift, and DynamoDB (nice to have)
• Experience coding in Go (nice to have)
• Familiar with Business Entity Management (BEM) systems (nice to have)
• Experience with BEMS ticketing systems or similar platforms (e.g., Cisco TAC CS1) (nice to have)
