[Remote] Onshape SysOps Intern
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PTC is a global technology company that leads the transformation of the physical and digital worlds. The Onshape SysOps Intern will assist in improving the deployment infrastructure and monitoring of the Onshape platform, working on impactful projects alongside full-time engineers.
Responsibilities
- Develop new code to improve Onshape deployment infrastructure
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify, design and implement solutions
- Participate in the code review process both as reviewer and reviewee
- Fix bugs both in your new code and in existing code
Skills
- Must be enrolled in some type of degree program in one of the following or related fields: Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science
- Comfort with getting into the unknowns of a system and researching solutions
- Experience working with Linux
- Simple knowledge of python
