Carrier Liaison Coordinator

Marsh McLennan Agency Midwest is a full-service brokerage providing business insurance and employee benefits. The Carrier Liaison Coordinator will support the agency's efforts to build relationships with insurance carriers and manage carrier contracts and communications.

Responsibilities

• Support the agency’s efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers
• Serve as a key communications link, keeping production teams informed about carrier developments and performance
• Manage carrier contracts, appointments, and help coordinate carrier resources for training and special projects

Skills

• Ability to manage carrier relationships and communications effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Being a self-starter; a highly organized problem solver with good time management skills to maintain databases and licensing records
• Detail orientation and the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks
• Experience reviewing and managing insurance carrier contracts and appointment obligations
• Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire
• Knowledge of the insurance industry
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
