Analytics and Reporting Sr Analytics (IKC)
DaVita Kidney Care is a leading healthcare organization, and they are seeking a Senior Analytics and Reporting Analyst. This role involves leading analytical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring data integrity to drive value across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Improve the availability and quality of data supporting analytic models and dashboards
- Translate results based on understanding of the target audience (up and down the organization)
- Use data transformation techniques that enable data exploration from multiple perspectives
- Recommend enhancements to ETL data processes
- Independently plan and establish next steps to drive projects forward
- Promote best practices in development and document process steps as needed
- Perform regular audits and validations to ensure data integrity and model performance
- Work with partners by actively listening to their needs and offering feedback to ensure desirable outcomes
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to:
- Attend team meetings and trainings as needed
- Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures
- Consistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled is an essential responsibility of this position
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
- One to Three (1-3) years of professional experience in an analytics role
- Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities
- Proficient query language knowledge (SQL)
- Experience with Data Visualization Tools (Tableau)
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and implement solutions
- Experience combining data from different sources to produce visually appealing deliverables
