Job Summary

As an Experienced Logistics Analyst – Global Supply Chain Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods from our manufacturing facilities to our customers around the world. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing logistics processes, managing relationships with suppliers and carriers, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction

  • Manage relationships with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to meet business objectives and customer needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service through prompt and effective communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics-related issues and improve overall supply chain performance
  • Analyze and report on logistics metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, with a strong background in supply chain management
  • Experience with sea and air cargo, including knowledge of Incoterms and broad cargo sending terms and standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with logistics software, including transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
