Currently, Belkins is looking for a Content Strategist to join our fast-paced Delivery Team. We need a creative thinker who can craft compelling outbound campaigns, refine messaging strategy, and ensure tonal consistency across diverse industries. If you are an expert in persuasive writing, love experimenting with AI, and thrive on collaboration, join us in shaping the future of B2B growth. Things You’ll Be Doing:

• Creating engaging email templates, LinkedIn sequences, and omni-channel messaging strategies;
• Writing branded copy for websites, presentations, decks, and social content;
• Researching and developing compelling messaging that reflects each client’s voice and positioning;
• Acting as an editorial partner for the Delivery Team—refining, improving, and polishing campaign content;
• Providing feedback and collaborating with the team to continuously elevate content quality;
• Reviewing content for tone, clarity, grammar, and structural consistency;
• Analyzing audience sentiment and engagement to refine messaging over time;
• Brainstorming with Delivery Teams to optimize campaign performance and results.

You’re Our Kind of Person If You:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or running outbound or inbound campaigns that include copywriting;
• Have native-level fluency in English;
• Are an advanced user of AI tools (such as OpenAI, Perplexity, Claude, etc.) and naturally use them to research, refine messaging, and enhance your day-to-day workflow;
• Can write clearly, persuasively, and with strong attention to tone and structure;
• Care deeply about quality, accuracy, and brand consistency;
• Feel comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines;
• Enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders;
• Are proactive, curious, and always improving your craft;
• Thrive in a fast-moving, transparent, and feedback-driven environment.
