Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Data Entry Associates to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of their own homes. As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for inputting customer and account data from source documents, compiling and verifying accuracy, and researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent typing skills, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output
- Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
- Scanning documents and printing files, when needed
- Keeping information confidential in accordance with security policies
Requirements
To be successful as a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Confidentiality
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, additional certification in Office Management is a plus. If you have experience working with data entry software, such as Excel or Access, that's a definite bonus!
