Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for managing customer service tasks related to sales, order entry, and purchase order collections. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, combined with your ability to resolve claims and complaints effectively, will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
