Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing and responding to all incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns. This role will also involve manual entry and maintenance of orders and return authorizations, researching requests and directing questions to the proper person or department. The successful candidate will provide support to all Reseller Accounts, Consumers, Tech, and Field Sales teams as required, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to all incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Perform manual entry and maintenance of orders and return authorizations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Research requests and inquiries concerning availability of parts, order status, and return status, providing timely and accurate information to customers
  • Direct questions and concerns to the proper person or department, ensuring effective communication and resolution
  • Complete general office duties, including filing, faxing, and copying, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency
  • Provide support to all Reseller Accounts, Consumers, Tech, and Field Sales teams as required, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of customer service or related experience with direct customer contact via telephone, with Call Center experience preferred
  • Data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:

  • Knowledge of Infor/Syteline or similar software
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
