The Role

As a Customer Experience Analyst (Contingent) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us test, validate, and launch new technology at customer locations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless shopping experience, obsess about our customers, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Evaluate the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology, providing technical and CX feedback to development teams

• Visit customer sites and deploy new technology, collecting customer feedback and quantifying the impacts of new technology
• Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that enhance the customer experience
• Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive growth

Essential Qualifications

* A 4-year science/engineering degree

• Strong communication and data analysis skills
• Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment
• Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
• Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar technical field

• Scripting skills
• Formal coursework/training in project management

Skills and Competencies

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time domestically, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs
• Strong technical skills, with experience in consumer hardware development and deployment
