NDA Attorney

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP is seeking an NDA Attorney to work within a team setting focusing on non-disclosure agreements for prospective transactions. The role requires significant client interaction and involves drafting and negotiating NDAs in accordance with client guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Submit a candidate's profile
• Work within a team setting and focus exclusively on non-disclosure agreements for prospective transactions in accordance with an alternative asset manager client’s detailed NDA guidelines
• There is considerable client and other external contact

Skills

• J.D required
• Must be barred in NY
• 3.0 cumulative GPA
• At least one year of experience with drafting and negotiating NDAs or other similar commercial agreements at a law firm or financial institution
• Ability to work extended hours as needed
• Proven ability to meet, and experience with meeting, tight deadlines, assume significant responsibilities, and see multiple projects with simultaneous, competing deadlines through to their conclusion
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including ability to prepare written memoranda and correspondence
• Excellent oral business communication skills, including experience with making and taking phone, video, and conference calls
• Strong attention to detail and ability to grasp and learn difficult legal and commercial concepts quickly
• Direct client contact experience preferred
