Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. A & T Financial Partners is seeking individuals to join their team as independent life insurance agents. The role involves selling life insurance products to interested clients while providing extensive training and mentorship, allowing for flexible work from anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Consult with warm leads who have requested information
- Work from our phones/computer anywhere with a connection
- Provide extensive hands in training and 1:1 mentorship
- Earn raises every 2 months
- Cultivate a positive and vibrant environment that makes new agents feel welcome
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to establish and nurture client relationships
- Proven skills in closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Willing to get licensed mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in sales desired
- Current Insurance license a plus
