[Remote] CCS Sales Estimator

Castelan Commercial Services is part of the Castelan Group, a diverse organisation specialising in planned and preventative maintenance and supply chain solutions for all furnishing assets. We are seeking a Sales Estimator to join our Commercial Services team, responsible for analysing customer requirements, preparing project estimates, and supporting business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and gather detailed information for accurate estimates
- Prepare scopes of work and quotations for commercial projects
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate and delivered on time
- Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to business growth
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all estimates and proposals
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service with strong interpersonal skills
- Background in estimating jobs and preparing detailed proposals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a field-based environment
- Full UK driving licence and Right to Work in the UK
