Responsibilities
- Work with warm inbound leads provided by the company
- Educate clients on financial protection products
- Conduct virtual meetings via phone or Zoom
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients
- Learn and utilize company systems and sales process
- Maintain compliance and licensing requirements
- Attend weekly virtual trainings and team meetings
- Track activity and performance metrics
- Develop leadership skills through mentorship and coaching
