Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Analyst to join our core development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in testing, validating, and launching new technologies at customer locations, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This is a contingent role, providing services to arenaflex via arenaflex's recruitment partner, and the successful candidate will be employed by arenaflex's partner and will not be an employee of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technologies, providing actionable feedback to development teams to drive improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class shopping experience, obsessing about our customers and their needs
  • Visit customer sites to deploy new technology, collect customer feedback, and quantify the impacts of new solutions
  • Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership, informing data-driven decisions and future product development
  • Provide technical and CX feedback to development teams, ensuring that our solutions meet customer needs and expectations

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. The following qualifications are required:

  • A 4-year science or engineering degree, providing a solid foundation in technical principles and problem-solving
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
  • Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
  • Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics to diverse audiences, both written and verbally
  • Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in ambiguous and ever-changing environments, demonstrating adaptability and resilience

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the required qualifications, the following skills and experiences are preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field, providing advanced knowledge of technical principles and practices
  • Scripting skills, with the ability to automate tasks and processes using programming languages
  • Formal coursework or training in project management, with a solid understanding of methodologies and best practices

Contract Details

This is an 11-month contract role, providing an opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. As a contract employee, you will be employed by arenaflex's recruitment partner and will not be an employee of arenaflex.
